1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Leed Music BT (the “Site”), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must refrain from using the Site.

2. Registration and Account

To access certain features of Leed Music BT, you must create an account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password, and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Eligibility

Leed Music BT is available to individuals who are at least 13 years of age. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to use the Site and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

4. Content Submission

User Submissions: Users may upload videos to showcase their talent in selected categories such as Music, Skit, Dance, Movie, Photo Modeling/Influencing, and DJing. Each video must adhere to the submission guidelines, including a 1-minute video length.
Content Ownership: By submitting content, you represent and warrant that you hold all necessary rights and permissions to the video, including intellectual property rights, and that the content is original and does not infringe on the rights of third parties.
Prohibited Content: You agree not to upload any content that is offensive, harmful, defamatory, abusive, or violates any applicable laws, including copyright laws. Leed Music BT reserves the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines.

5. Monthly Video Submission Limit

Each registered user may upload only one video per month for assessment in the selected category. Submissions exceeding the limit will be automatically disqualified.

6. Competition Rules

Judging: The best creative work will be selected at the end of each month by a panel of judges. The winner will be announced on the platform, and the decision is final.
Rewards: The winner will receive special promotion and recognition. Other rewards may be provided at Leed Music BT’s discretion.

7. User Conduct

You agree to use the Site in a manner that is lawful and respectful of other users. You may not use the Site for any illegal activities, to harass others, or to upload malicious software.

8. Privacy

Leed Music BT respects your privacy. By using the Site, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as outlined in our [Privacy Policy].

9. Termination

Leed Music BT reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms and Conditions, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties
